Return & Refund Policy
At Xurial, your trust matters to us, and we aim to make returns and refunds fair and transparent.
We accept returns for items that are new, unused, and in their original packaging. Items such as hygiene-related products, digital downloads, or personalized orders may not be eligible. Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. After this period, returns may not be processed.
Before sending your product back, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. This ensures your return is processed efficiently. Once received, our team will inspect the item and confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–15 business days to the original payment method.
Refund amounts may be adjusted for restocking, shipping fees, or tax differences. If your refund doesn’t appear within the expected timeframe, please contact your card issuer or bank.
Exchanges for different sizes or colors may be requested. Availability depends on current stock, and extra charges may apply if there is a price difference.
To complete a return, carefully repackage the item with all tags and accessories, write the RA number on the outside, and ship it to the return address provided by our support team. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping. Please note: unless the issue was caused by our error, return shipping fees are your responsibility.
